Within the scope of Clause 1.1 of the 1.
Agreement, the Firm shall provide the
following Services in relation to preparation
of Additional Agreement No. 13 to the
general contractor agreement between the
Client and Codest International S.r.l. (the
"Agreement"):
В рамках обязательств, указанных в
Статье 1.1 Договора, Фирма обязуется
оказать Клиенту следующие Услуги по
подготовке Дополнительного соглашения
№ 13 к Договору строительного подряда с
компанией Codest International S.r.l. от
21.12.2011 (далее – «Соглашение»):

Subject to the assumptions listed in Clause 3 2.
of this Addendum No. 13, the remuneration
payable to the Firm for the Services listed in
Clause 1 of this Addendum No. 13 shall be no
more than ____________ Russian rubles
(including VAT) which shall be paid after
receipt of respective reports from the Firm on
Services rendered and execution of respective
act of acceptance of the Services .
Исходя из допущений, указанных в пункте
3
настоящего
Дополнительного
соглашения № 13, вознаграждение Фирмы
за оказание Услуг, перечисленных в
пункте 1 настоящего Дополнительного
соглашения № 13, составит не более

ких рублей (включая НДС-18% в размере

выплачено
после
получения
соответствующего отчета Фирмы с
перечислением оказанных Услуг и
подписания
соответствующего
Акта
приема-передачи оказанных Услуг.

The remuneration of the Firm shall be limited 3.

The Parties hereby agree that in case of 4.
extension of the negotiations with
representatives of Codest International S.r.l.
beyond _____________________ the Firm
shall provide additional Services to the Client
upon its request, provided that the scope of
such additional Services shall not exceed the
scope outlined in clause 1 of this Addendum
13. The Firm’s remuneration for the Services
rendered mentioned in clause 2 of this
Addendum 13 shall be increased in such case
on the basis of the time actually spent for the
preparation of the Agreement and billing rates
of the attorneys of the Firm, provided
however that such additional remuneration of
the
Firm
shall
not
exceed
__________________________________
(not including applicable VAT).
Настоящим Стороны договариваются, что
в случае продления процесса переговоров
с представителями компании Codest
International
S.r.l.
после
__________________ г., по запросу
Клиента, Фирма окажет дополнительно
Услуги, объем которых установлен в
пункте 1 настоящего Дополнительного
соглашения № 13. Вознаграждение Фирмы
за оказание Услуг, предусмотренное в п. 2
выше, будет увеличено на сумму, которая
будет
определяться
исходя
из
предоставленного
расчета
времени,
потраченного на работу над Соглашением,
с учетом внутренних почасовых ставок
Консультанта, но не
более чем на
______________________ рублей (без
учета НДС).

The Parties hereby agree that the Client shall 5.
have the right to postpone the provision of the
Services specified in Clause 1 of this
Addendum 13 or cancel the provision of such
services by sending corresponding written
notification to the Firm. The provision of
suspended Services shall be resumed by the
Firm upon receipt of corresponding written
notification from the Customer. In case of
suspension of the Services hereunder, the
remuneration of the Firm shall remain the
same.
Настоящим Стороны договариваются, что
Клиент имеет право приостановить или
отказаться от предоставления Услуг,
предусмотренных пунктом 1 выше, путем
направления
соответствующего
уведомления Фирме.
Предоставление
приостановленных Услуг должно быть
возобновлено после получения Фирмой
соответствующего
уведомления
от
Клиента.
В
случае
какого-либо
приостановления Услуг по настоящему
Дополнительному соглашению, размер
Вознаграждения остается неизменным.
6.
The Parties agreed to apply the provisions of 6.
this Addendum 13 retroactively as of
______________________, 2015.
Стороны договорились, что условия
настоящего Дополнительного соглашения
№13 применяются к правоотношениям
