The study verified the technical and organizational, economic challenges of building
production and consumption of new equipment and the technical and organizational
mechanisms, forms and methods of innovation management and human activity.

The life and career of I. I. Gruznov
Ivan Ivanovich was born on October 26, 1929 at Dubovoe village, Orel region .
In 1948, in Leningrad, graduated from vocational school (certificate with honors), and in
1952 - Industrial College (diploma with honors ) and the distribution is directed to Odessa. In
1957 he graduated from the evening department of the Odessa Polytechnic Institute "Mechanical
Engineering".
In 1961 he graduated from the correspondence postgraduate study at the Odessa
Polytechnic Institute.
Labour activity of beginning in Odesa handicraft school № 9 by master of the productive
educating. Then worked as the senior laboratory assistant of department "Technology of
engineer" of the Odesa polytechnic institute.
After graduation, Ivan Ivanovich worked at the Odessa plant radial drilling machines, way
up from engineer to chief engineer of the plant. He was the first deputy general director for
scientific work of NPO "Kislorodmash" chief engineer of special machines. Then he was elected
associate professor and chair of economics and management at the Odessa Higher Party School.
Candidate and doctoral to dissertation prepared and successfully defended without tearing
away from a production.
At Odessa National Polytechnic University has a professor of business economics. At
present, its total work experience of more than 65 years.
Ivan Ivanovich teaches discipline: "Economy and organization of productive activity",
"Economy of industries", "Organization of production", "Economy of researches".
Research interests - a study of feasibility and organizational problems improve the creation,
production and consumption of competitive products in mechanical engineering.
He has developed and implemented innovative organizational and economic methods,
mechanisms and forms that contribute to reduce the time and improve the quality and efficiency
of work performed on the stages of the life cycle of new products.
Published 172 scientific and methodical works, including 27 books and pamphlets, 3
directory economist, has 4 of the invention.
Main work is devoted to the problems of development and validation of the theoretical
basis and practical recommendations systematic search trends and factors and reserves the
intensification of product updates, construction and implementation of mechanisms facilities
management activities; improve the quality of labor and production, the development of creative
activity of entrepreneurs, managers, scientists and engineers employees.
Scientific methods and recommendations were used in the creation, production and
exploitation of new models of machine tools, machines, automatic lines for many domestic and
foreign enterprises, organizations and universities. The most important theoretical and
methodological foundations, the practical results of research experience in their design and
implementation of proposed Ivan Ivanovich, discussed and endorsed by 42 international and
national congresses, symposia, scientific conferences and seminars, successfully exhibited at a
number of exhibitions and fairs.
In its multifaceted activities in enterprises, organizations and institutions of higher learning
is constantly improving skills and education, seeks opportunities to successfully carry out their
responsibilities, taking into account the characteristics of labor. It has a high business and
personal qualities, abilities to get the best success in life.
Ivan Ivanovich - Deputy Chairman of the Odessa regional organization of scientifictechnical Engineering Society, Honorary Member of the NTO Mashprom.
He was awarded with state awards of Ukraine: "Veteran of Labor", "50 Years of Victory in
the Great Patriotic War"; memorable sign of the President of Ukraine "50 Years of Liberation
Ukraine" and "High Minstankoproma Soviet socialist competition", the gold and silver medals of
the VDNH USSR; awarded the honorary title "Honored Engineer of Ukraine", Academician of
the Ukrainian Academy of Economic Cybernetics.
I. I. Gruznov successfully combines work with sports - the judge of the national category
and instructor in Greco-Roman wrestling, and enjoys chess and checkers. Free time devoted to
reading literary books, fond of poetry.
Enjoys great prestige among colleagues, scientists, managers and professionals machine
tool Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Armenia. He is a consultant to the volunteer workers of
enterprises, research institutes, design and technology organizations in Odessa on the issue of
intensification technology updates.
