to the CONTRACT № 100/11 of 01.03.01
I. Основание для заключения
I.
Настоящее дополнительное соглашение заключается в связи с изменением состава и
объема работ на основании решений, изложенных в Протоколах № 5-11 и 12-9 технических совещаний в г. Самаре от 14.09.01 и
27.06.02, а также протокола совещания в
МИФИ 15 ноября 2002 г, повлекших за собой:
- изменение схем и топологии печатных
плат адаптера И-604А;
- изготовление новых печатных плат;
- коррекцию документации;
- разработку конструкторской документации на механические детали адаптера;
- изготовление механических деталей
адаптера;
и, как следствие, изменение общей стоимости
работ.
Present Addendum are concluded in connection
with works contents and scope changing which
should be made accordingly to decisions which
are stipulated in the Minutes N.N. 5-11 and 12-9
of technical meeting in Samara of 14.09.01 and
27.06.02, and also protocol of meeting in
MEPHI of November 15, 2002, and which have
entailed the following:
- - changing the circuits and topology of the
printed boards for the И–604А adapter;
- - manufacturing additional printed board;
- - correction of the documentation
- - documentation designing for mechanical details of the adapter;
- - manufacturing mechanical details of the
adapter;
and,
as a result, changing the total amount of the
Contract.

1.1. По заданию INFN НИИТП выполняет перечисленные ниже опытно-конструкторские
работы, а INFN оплачивает эти работы:

1.3. В обеспечение вышеперечисленных
работ INFN передает НИИТП компоненты в
соответствии с Приложением 1.

should transfer to NIIТP all components according to the Appendix 1
IV. Параграф 1.4 раздела 1 «Предмет договора» читать в следующей редакции:

The following devices should be delivered

V. Параграф 2.1 раздела 2 «Цена и общая
сумма контракта» читать в следующей редакции:
2.1. Общая сумма настоящего контракта составляет 87000 (восемьдесят семь тысяч)
долларов США.
Расходы на командирование в Италию
не более 3 специалистов НИИТП для участия
в испытаниях аппаратуры «Памела», приборов И-604А и ИК-604Т (транспортные расходы, проживание в гостинице и командировочные расходы) несет итальянская сторона.
V. Paragraph 2.1 of the section 2 " Price and
total value of the Contract " should be read as
follows:
2.1. Total amount of the contract is 87000
(eighty seven thousand) US dollars.
The Italian party should pay the travel expenses on sending to Italy no more than 3 experts NIITP for participation in the equipment
"Pamela", the И-604А and ИК-604Т devices
tests, including transportation, hotel accommodation and living expenses.
VI. Параграф 2.3 раздела 2 «Цена и общая
сумма контракта» читать в следующей редакции:
Стороны определили следующее распределение платежей:
- за этап 1 - разработка технического задания
- 25000 долларов США;
- за этап 2 – разработка документации на
прибор И-604А и прибор ИК-604Т – 30000
долларов США;
VI. Paragraph 2.3 of the section 2 " Price and
total value of the Contract " should be read as
follows:
The parties have established following distribution of payments:
- Stage 1 - development of the technical requirements - 25000 US dollars;
- Stage 2 - development of documentation for the
И-604А device and the ИК-604Т device - 30000
US dollars;

- за этап 3 - коррекция конструкторской
документации на приборы И-604А, ИК604Т и изготовление многослойных печатных плат для приборов И-604А в соответствии с протоколом № 12-9 –
5000 долларов США.
- за этап 4 - разработка, изготовление и испытание макетов прибора И-604А и ИК-604Т
– 15000 долларов США
- за этап 5 - изготовление и поставка одного
комплекта прибора И-604А – 2000 долларов
США
- за этап 6 проведения автономных испытаний приборов И-604А и ИК-604Т на стенде НИИТП – 7450 долларов США
- за этап 7 изготовления и поставку двух комплектов приборов И-604А
и одного комплекта прибора ИК-604Т – 2550 долларов
США
- Stage 3 - correction of design documentation
for the И-604А, the ИК-604Т devices and manufacturing the multilayer printed board for the И604А device according to the protocol № 12-9 5000 US dollars.
VII. Дополнить параграф 2.4 раздела 2
VII. Add to the beginning of paragraph 2.4 in
section 2
2.4. Payments for Stages 5 and 7 must be made
against copy of Cargo Customs Declaration for
delivery items during twenty (20) days after this
declaration is issued on the Russian Federation
territory.
All bank transfer fees are deducted from the
payment sums.
2.4. Оплата работ по этапам 5 и 7 производится по представлению ГТД, оформленной
на территории РФ, в течение 20 дней с даты
ее оформления на поставляемый товар.
По окончании этапов все расходы по банковским переводам вычитаются из суммы платежей.

Этапы поставки при условии соблюдения
п.4.3 контракта с учетом измененной редакции Приложения 1:
- Stage 4 - development, manufacturing and testing the breadboard models of the И-604А and
ИК-604Т devices - 15000 US dollars
- Stage 5 - manufacturing and delivery of one
complete set of the И-604А device – 2000US
dollars
- Stage 6 - stand-alone testing of the И-604А
and ИК-604Т devices on the NIITP test bench
- 7450 US dollars
- Stage 7 – manufacturing and delivery of two
complete sets of the И-604А devices and one
complete set of the ИК-604Т device - 2550US
dollars
- Один комплект
прибора И-604А
поставляются в INFN (Рим, Италия) или в
ЦСКБ-Прогресс (Самара, РФ) через месяц
после подписания дополнения к контракту, но
не ранее 30 августа 2003 г.
- два комплекта
прибора И-604А
поставляются в INFN (Рим, Италия) через месяц после подписания дополнения к контракту,
но не ранее 30 сентября 2003 г.
- один комплект прибора ИК-604Т
поставляются в INFN (Рим, Италия) через месяц после подписания дополнения к контракту,
но не ранее 30 сентября 2003 г.
VIII. Add to the end of paragraph 4.1 of the
section 4 "Delivery dates"
If all conditions of the paragraph 4.3 of the Contract are fulfilled taking into account the
changed edition of the Appendix 1 then stages of
delivery should be as follows:
- one complete set of И-604А device are
delivered to INFN (Rome, Italy) or to TsSKBProgress (Samara, Russian Federation) within one
month after signing the addition to the contract,
but not earlier than August 30, 2003.
- two complete sets of theИ-604А device
are delivered to INFN (Rome, Italy) within one
month after signing the addition to the contract,
but not earlier than September 30, 2003.
- one complete set of the ИК-604Т device are delivered to INFN (Rome, Italy) within
one month after signing the addition to the contract, but not earlier than September 30, 2003.
