Мясо птицы получено от убоя и переработки здоровой птицы на птицеперерабатывающих предприятиях, имеющих разрешение центральной
государственной ветеринарной службы страны-экспортера о поставке продукции на экспорт, и находящихся под ее постоянным контролем.
Poultry meat was received from slaughter and processing of healthy poultry at the meat packing facilities, licensed by the Central State Veterinary Service
of the exporting country for supplying their production for export and operating under its constant supervision.
La carne de aves es recibida de la faena y proceso de aves sanas en los establecimientos elaboradores de carne habilitados para exportación por el Servicio
Veterinario Central Nacional del país-exportador y que cuentan con inspección permanente de este organismo.
Птица, мясо которой предназначено для экспорта, прошла предубойный ветеринарный осмотр, а тушки и внутренние органы – послеубойную
ветеринарно-санитарную экспертизу, проведенную государственной ветеринарной службой.
Poultry, whose meat is intended for export have been subjected to veterinary exanimation prior to slaughter, their carcasses and intestine – to post mortem
veterinary-sanitary expertise, conducted by State Veterinary Authority.
Las aves de las cuales proviene la carne a ser exportada han sido sometidas a una inspección antes de la faena y sus carcasas y menudos, a una inspección
post-mortem realizada por el Servicio Veterinario Nacional.
Мясо птицы имеет маркировку (ветеринарное клеймо) на упаковке или полиблоке. Маркированная этикетка наклеена на упаковке таким
образом, что вскрытие упаковки невозможно без нарушения ее целостности.
Poultry meat must have stamp on package or block. Stamped label is placed on package in a way to ensure that opening of package is impossible without
breaking of its wholeness.
Carne de aves marca de identificación (sello veterinario) en el empaque o polibloque. La etiqueta con sello esta puesta de tal manera que hace imposible
abrir el empaque sin romper la integridad de la misma.

При проведении послеубойной ветеринарно-санитарной экспертизы не обнаружено изменений, характерных для заразных болезней, поражений
гельминтами, а также при отравлении различными веществами.
Post mortem veterinary-sanitary examination did not show alterations peculiar for contagious diseases, for being affected by helminthes, and for being
poisoned with various substances.
En la inspección post-mortem no se evidenciaron cambios debidos a enfermedades contagiosas, ni afecciones por helmintos, tampoco por haber sido
intoxicados por varias sustancias.
Мясо имеет температуру в толще мышц не выше минус 18 градусов Цельсия для мороженой птицы, не содержит средств консервирования, не
обсеменено сальмонеллами на поверхности тушек, в толще мышц или тканях органов; не обрабатывалось красящими или пахучими веществами,
ионизирующим облучением или ультрафиолетовыми лучами, не имеет темную пигментацию (кроме индеек и цесарок).
Meat has the temperature in its muscle mass not higher than minus 18 degrees Centigrade for frozen poultry, does not contain means of preserving, is not
contaminated by Salmonella on the surface of carcasses, in the muscle muss and internal organs; was not treated by coloring or odorizing substances,
ionizing or ultra-violet rays, does not have dark pigmentation (except for turkey and guinea fowl).
La carne tiene la temperatura en la masa muscular de no mas de menos 18 grados Centígrados para la carne aviar congelada, no presenta sustancias
conservantes, no presenta contaminación por Salmonella en la superficie de las carcasas y órganos internos, no ha sido tratada con sustancias colorantes y
aromáticas, ni rayos ionizantes o ultravioletos, no tiene pigmentación oscura (salvo pavos y gallinas de Guinea).
Птица, от которой получено мясо, не подвергалась воздействию натуральных или синтетических эстрогенных, гормональных веществ,
тиреостатических препаратов, антибиотиков, пестицидов и других медикаментозных средств, введенных перед убоем позднее сроков,
рекомендованных инструкциями по их применению.
Poultry, from which meat is derived, were not subjected to the exposure of natural or synthetic estrogenic, hormonal substances, hydrostatics, antibiotics,
pesticides and other drugs, used prior to slaughter in later terms, then authorized by the instructions.
Las aves de las cuales proviene la carne no han sido sometidas al tratamiento de agentes esterogénicos sintéticos o naturales, sustancias hormonales,
preparados tirostaticos, antibióticos, pesticidas y otros medicamentos, introducidos antes de la faena después de los términos estipulados en las

нормам и требованиям, действующим в Киргизстане.
Microbiological, chemical-toxicological and radiological characteristics of meat (production) correspond to norms of National Plan OF Argentine for
control of haqrmful elements, which is equivalent to veterinary and sanitary requirements and rules of Kyrgyzstan.
