Annotation. The article deals with the cyclical nature of the development of innovative market economy.
Special attention is paid to the study of the following items: surplus value production, the structure of social
capital at different levels of the employment, the changing in the organic composition of the capital. The
questions of cyclical reproduction of social capital are also examined in the article.
