On objectiveness in political journalism
The article presents an attempt to regard political journalism as a special sphere of
modern journalism together with the approaches used to cover political events in the context
of objectiveness. Also the article touches upon the question of factors affecting the style and
manner of presentation of the material to the audience by the political observer.
Key words: political journalism, objective reflection of events, mass media, personal
opinion, explicit and implicit expression, absolute and relative objectiveness.
