Annotation. It is proved that current Russian competition lacks in two standard qualities. First of all, it does
not possess the qualities which considerably promote the development of our existent economy. Secondly, our
competition is irrespective to the grave shortcomings of the public reproduction which are undermining the vital
capacity of our economy. One of them is the destruction of the resources of economic development by the
economy itself. The other one is non-admission of blending of the productivity of labour with the matter of the
public reproduction.
