theme "Technical estimation of opportunity for
adaptation of «cold flow» technology for JSC «OC
«Rosneft» oilfields conditions” in the context of
execution phase of the project «Preliminary technical
and economical feasibility assessment of technology
for co-transport of gas and oil in the absence of
transportation infrastructure on the base of
generating invariable oil hydrate mixture”, receipt of
which hereby certify, we, the undersigned, herby
confirm our intention to fulfill all the conditions that it
provides.

tender for provision of services/ supply of products

получение которой настоящим удостоверяется, мы,
нижеподписавшиеся, заявляем о своем намерении
выполнить все условия, которые там предусмотрены.

with any actions of the customer, including the refusal to
hold the tender at any stage and regardless of the
reasons.
We also hereby admit that the customer does not
guarantee the provision of the scope of work/ product
purchases to us.
Prescribed for other special conditions that the
supplier/contractor will need to perform (the payment
terms, the need for implementation of Company’s
localized standard document, consent to conduct the
audit by authorized representatives of the Company,
etc.).

победителями конкурса будет исполнять роль наших
обязательств перед заказчиками.
Мы признаем, что Вы не обязаны принять нашу
заявку на участие в конкурсе или вообще какую-либо
заявку от нас по истечении срока предоставления
указанного в информационном сообщении.
Мы признаем, что заказчик вправе в любое время,
независимо от принятия конкурсной документации,
отказаться от проведения конкурса. Настоящим
претендент отказывается от предъявления заказчику
каких-либо, без исключения, претензий, исков,
требований, связанных с любыми действиями заказчика
в ходе проведения конкурса, включая отказ от
проведения конкурса на любой стадии и независимо от
причин.
Мы признаем также, что заказчик не гарантирует
нам
предоставление
объемов
работ/
покупку
продукции.
Прописываются
прочие
особые
условия,
которые
необходимо
будет
выполнить
поставщику/подрядчику
(условия
оплаты,
необходимость выполнение ЛНД Общества, согласие
на
проведение
аудита
уполномоченными
представителями Общества и т.п.).
The expenditures connected with participation in the
tender shall be made exclusively at our expense.
Затраты, связанные с участием в конкурсе
