Александра Анатольевича, действующего на
основании Устава, именуемый в дальнейшем
«Исполнитель», с одной стороны, и

«Стороны» заключили настоящий Договор и
нижеследующем:

events in the Republic of Bashkortostan»,
represented by Efimov Alexander Anatolyevich,
the head of the office, hereinafter referred to as
“Service Provider”, acting pursuant to the basis of
the Charter on the one hand, and

on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as
“Client”, together referred to as «Parties» entered
into the present Contract as follows:
Предмет Договора
1.1. Исполнитель оказывает услуги по
доставке членов команды на Чемпионат Мира
IBU по летнему биатлону, который проходит
в г.Уфе Республики Башкортостан с 18 по 23
сентября 2012 года. рейсом Прага – Уфа, а
Заказчик принимает и оплачивает оказанные
услуги.
Subject of the contract
1.1. Service Provider shall provide to the
Client the service of team members transportation
to the IBU Summer Biathlon World
Championships, which will be held in Ufa,
Republic of Bashkortostan, on September 18- 23,
2012 by Prague-Ufa flight, and Client orders and
pays for the rendering services.
Права и обязанности Сторон
2.1. Исполнитель обязуется:
2.1.1. По заявке Заказчика оказать услуги
по доставке членов сборной команды по
биатлону на Чемпионат Мира IBU по летнему
биатлону на лайнере «Airbus-320» рейсом
авиакомпании «Чешские авиалинии» Прага
(Чехия) – Уфа (Россия). (Вылет 16.09.2012 г. в
22.00ч. Прибытие 17.09.2012г. в 05.55 ч.).
2.1.2. В срок не позднее 20 сентября 2012
года направить Заказчику на утверждение
АКТ сдачи-приемки выполненных работ и
счет-фактуру (инвойс) в двух экземплярах.
2.2. Исполнитель вправе:
2.2.1. Аннулировать заявку на перелет,
если предварительная оплата не будет
перечислена в срок, предусмотренный п.3.1
Договора.
2.3. Заказчик обязуется:
2.3.1. До 01.07.2012г. подать Исполнителю
письменную заявку, содержащую сведения о
количестве лиц, подлежащих доставке на
Чемпионат Мира IBU по летнему биатлону.
2.3.2. Своевременно осуществить расчет в
соответствии со ст.3 настоящего Договора.

2.1. The Service Provider’s obligations:
2.1.1. To provide the service of National team
members transportation to the IBU Summer
Biathlon World Championships, on Airbus-320 of
Czech Airlines, Upon Client’s request Prague
(Czech Republic) – Ufa (Russia). (Departure
16.09.2012 at 22.00 Arrival 17.09.2012г. at
05.55).
2.1.2. To send Act of Acceptance of the
services rendered and invoice in two counterparts
for Client’s confirmation no later than September
20, 2012.
2.2. Service Provider has a right:
2.2.1. To cancel the flight request, if advance
payment is not made by the date stated in Art. 3.1
of the Contract.
2.3. Client’s obligations:
2.3.1. To submit a written application
containing information on the number of persons
to be transported at the IBU Summer Biathlon
World Championships by 01.07.2012.
2.3.2. To implement payment in accordance
with Art. 3 of the Contract in a timely manner.
2.3.3. To make an advance payment,
оплату, изменения и отмену бронирования до
16.08.2012г.
В случае отмены бронирования после
16.08.2012г.
внесенная

оплата не возвращается.
2.3.4. При отсутствии мотивированных
возражений в течение 10 календарных дней с
момента получения подписать предоставленный Исполнителем Акт сдачи-приёмки
оказанных услуг и направить один экземпляр
акта Исполнителю.

In case of reservation cancellation after
16.08.2012, effected advance payment is not
refundable.
2.3.4. To sign Act of Acceptance of the
services rendered presented by Service Provider
and forward one copy to Service Provider in case
of the absence of reasoned objections within 10
calendar days as from receipt.
3.Стоимость договора
3.1. Валютой договора является евро (код
валюты 978).
Стоимость услуг Исполнителя составляет:
242,5 евро (Двести сорок две евро
пятьдесят центов) на каждого спортсмена,
члена команды, официального лица IBU.
Оплата производится путем внесения
денежных средств на расчетный счет
Исполнителя до 16.08.2012г.
Стоимость договора составляет - ________
(_______________________________) евро.
3.2.
В
случае
наличия
багажа,
превышающего вес 46 кг на одного
пассажира, оплата сверхнормативного багажа
взимается отдельной суммой из расчета 5 евро
за 1кг.
3.3. Днем оплаты считается день
поступления денежных средств на счет
Исполнителя
3.Contract value
3.1. The currency of the contract is Euro
(currency code is 978).
The cost of services of Service Provider is:
€ 242,5 (Two hundred forty-two Euros and
fifty cents) for every athlete, team member, IBU
official.
Payment is effected by placing money on the
settlement account of Service Provider by
16.08.2012.
Contract value is - ______________________
(_______________________________) Euros.
3.2. In the case the weight of luggage is over
46 kg per passenger, overweight will be charged
by separate payment at the rate of 5 Euros per 1
kg.
4.Срок Договора
4.1. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу с
момента подписания и действует до 31
декабря 2012г.
4. Duration of the Contract
4.1. The present Contract shall be effective
from the date of its execution and valid till
December 31, 2012.
5.Ответственность
5.1.Применимым
правом
во
взаимоотношениях сторон является право
Российской Федерации.
5.2. Сторона, которая не выполнила
обязательства
по
договору,
обязана
возместить другой Стороне причиненные ей
убытки.
5.3.
Стороны
освобождаются
от
ответственности, если неисполнение или
ненадлежащее исполнение обязательств по
Договору
вызвано
форс-мажорными
обстоятельствами (стихийными бедствиями,
принятием соответствующих нормативных
актов и т.д.), иными обстоятельствами, не
зависящими от воли Сторон.
5.Liability
5.1. The applicable law in the relations of the
parties is the law of the Russian Federation.
3.3. Day of payment is the day of receipt of
funds on the Service provider’s account.
5.2. A party that has not fulfilled its
obligations under the present contract shall
compensate caused damages to the other party.
5.3. Parties shall be released from liability for
failure to perform or improper performance of the
obligations hereunder in case of force majeure
(natural disasters, the adoption of relevant
regulations, etc.), other circumstances beyond the
will of the Parties.
6. Прочие условия
6.1. Споры и разногласия по Договору
разрешаются Сторонами путем переговоров, в
случае
невозможности
достижения
соглашения, спор передается на рассмотрение
в Арбитражный суд г. Уфы.
6.2.
Договор
составлен
в
двух
экземплярах,
имеющих
одинаковую
юридическую силу, по одному для каждой
Стороны.
6.3. Все приложения к настоящему
договору являются его неотъемлемой частью
и действительны лишь в том случае, если они
совершены в письменной форме и подписаны
обеими Сторонами.
6. Miscellaneous provisions
6.1. Disputes and differences between the
Parties under the present Contract are solved by
negotiations, in case of failure to come to an
agreement, the dispute is submitted to the Court
of Arbitration of the city of Ufa.
6.2. The Contract shall be executed in two
counterparts having equal legal force, one for
each Party.
6.3. All annexes to this Contract are its
integral part and are valid only if they are made in
written form and signed by both Parties.
