Linear programming (LP) decoding is an alternative to iterative algorithms for decoding low density parity check (LDPC) codes. Although the practical performance of LP decoding is comparable to message-passing decoding, a significant advantage is its relative amenability to nonasymptotic analysis. Moreover, there turn out to be a number of important theoretical connections between the LP decoding and standard forms of iterative decoding. These connections allow theoretical insight from the LP decoding perspective to be transferred to iterative decoding algorithms. These advantages encouraged many researchers to work in this recent decoding technique for LDPC codes. In this paper, LP decoding for LDPC code is extensively reviewed and is discussed in different segmented areas. LP; ALP; low complexity; decoding 1. This paper considers a phase recovery method for the coherent carrier frequency of the signal received by a digital receiver using a unit of digital recovery of the coherent carrier phase. The use of digital phase filter makes it possible to do without the application of traditional phaselocked loop frequency control. The paper also presents a technique for deriving a transfer function of the specified digital filter and considers the issue of its robustness in relation to selfexcitation. In addition, the paper presents a functional diagram of this filter. A dynamic coordinate measurements model for an arbitrary target is synthesized using Doppler measurements from three satellites. The model allows conducting posterior estimation using well-known methods of stochastic filtering theory based on code pseudorange measurements. The strict expression for probability of a false alarm of is maximal likelihood algorithm of detection of rectangular radiopulses with unknown amplitude and duration is found by means of solution of the Fokker–Planck–Kolmogorov equation with division variables method. In contrast to known before solution, the expression is correct for any detection thresholds and arbitrary a priory value of definite interval of durations.
