HANDLING AGREEMENT
АГЕНТСКОЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЕ
Turkish Company “AGE TANITIM”, REGNA TRAVEL
hereinafter referred to as REGNA TRAVEL, on one part and

Hereinafter referred to as AGENCY, on the other part have
agreed upon the following:

другой стороны, заключили данное соглашение о
нижеследующем:
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. REGNA TRAVEL shall provide the AGENCY with a
range of services related to the handling of the AGENCY’s
clients in Turkey in accordance with the prices indicated in
Supplement 1 to the present Agreement, the AGENCY is
obliged to fulfill the payments for the mentioned services.
1.2. The price offer for 2013 is strictly confidential and is
supplied only with the Supplement 1 to the present
Agreement.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Sides
2.1. REGNA TRAVEL is obliged
2.1.1 to accept and book all reservations of the AGENCY
before the release period ( specified separately for each hotel
in the Supplement 1). All reservations beyond the allotment or
after the release period has been over, shall be accepted and
booked on request according to the hotels availability.
2.1.2. To provide the following handling services to the
AGENCY: transfer, accommodation in the hotels, food
according to the board reserved and guiding services.
2.1.3. To provide the handling services, indicated in Paragraph
2.1.2., at the rates mutually agreed and signed by both parties,
indicated in Supplement 1 to the present Agreement.
2.1.4. To provide the AGENCY with all necessary advertising
materials for successful sales.
2.1.5. To send “Stop Sales” lists on time to the AGENCY, in
order to give the AGENCY an option to make the reservations
within one hour, which will be subject to confirmation by
hotels according to their availability. All changes for the
reservations (date, names and accommodation type) made
before the “Stop Sales” period and confirmed by REGNA
TRAVEL will be considered as new reservation and will be
subject to confirmation by hotels according to their
availability.
2.1.6. To inform the AGENCY in time about all the changes
in accommodation of clients, if any.
2.1.7. REGNA TRAVEL shall reserve the right to change
previously confirmed hotel to a hotel of the same or a higher
category at no extra charge. Should this happen, REGNA
TRAVEL shall immediately inform the AGENCY.
1. Предмет Соглашения
1.1. REGNA TRAVEL обязуется по заданию АГЕНТСТВА
предоставлять услуги клиентам АГЕНТСТВА на територии
Турецкой Республики, по ценам согласно Приложения №1
данного соглашения, а АГЕНТСТВО обязуется оплатить
предоставленные услуги.
1.2. Ценовое приложение “Confidential 2013” строго
конфиденциально и является неотъемлемой частью данного
соглашения, согласно приложения N 1
2. Права и обязанности сторон
2.1. REGNA TRAVEL
2.1.1.Принимает и осуществляет бронирования АГЕНТСТВА
по его запросу до “релиз” периода (обговоренного Согласно
приложения №1 к данному соглашению). Все
дополнительные бронировки АГЕНТСТВА, что приходят
после “релиз” периода, будут приниматься при
дополнительном запросе и согласно с наличием свободных
комнат в отелях.
2.1.2. Предоставлять клиентам АГЕНТСТВА комплекс услуг
по размещению, транспортировке, питанию, экскурсионные
услуги, а также услуги гидов–переводчиков и другие услуги,
что предоставляются в зависимости от целей поездки.
2.1.3. Предоставлять услуги клиентам АГЕНТСТВА
соответственно цен,обговоренных в Приложении 1 к данному
Соглашению.
2.1.4. Предоставляет АГЕНТСТВУ необходимые рекламные
материалы для эффективной работы АГЕНТСТВА.
2.1.5. Немедленно высылает АГЕНТСТВУ “стоп-сейл лист”,
предоставляя возможность АГЕНТСТВУ произвести
бронирование в течение 2-х часов, с момента получения стоп
сейла, при наличие свободных комнат в отелях. При какихлибо изменениях в бронировании (имена, даты, тип
размещения), которое первоначально было подтверждено
REGNA TRAVEL, на период “стоп-сейл”, будет
рассматриваться, как новая бронь и автоматически отменяет
первоначальное подтверждение.
2.1.6. Немедленно информирует АГЕНТСТВО про все
изменения в размещение его клиентов, если таковые
произошли.
2.1.7. REGNA TRAVEL оставляет за собой право изменить
ранее забронированный отель на отель, той же или более
высокой категории ,без дополнительной оплаты. О
произошедших изменениях REGNA TRAVEL немедленно
информирует АГЕНТСТВО.
2.1.8. Regna Travel shall reserve the right to reconsider and
change earlier exposed invoice in case of incorrectly given
information about date of birth of the child. Should this
happen, Regna Travel shall immediately inform the
AGENCY.
2.1.9. Should the prolongation of accommodation happen
directly by the clients, Regna Travel shall inform the
AGENCY. The payment for the prolongation should be
effected directly to Regna Travel Head office in Antalya and
no proforma invoice will be submitted to the AGENCY
accordingly or in the other way upon the mutual decision of
both sides.
2.2. AGENCY is obliged
2.2.1. To adequately inform the clients about the services
provided by REGNA TRAVEL, as indicated in Paragraph
2.1.2.
2.2.2. to provide the following detailed information with the
reservation form : name and surname of the clients as spelled
in the foreign travel passport, the exact birthday of children,
the name of the hotel and accommodation type, check-in and
check-out dates, the exact flight details. This information
should be supplied to REGNA TRAVEL no later than 2 days
before the arrival. The AGENCY is fully responsible for the
above mentioned data.
2.2.3. To inform the clients about the complaint procedure. All
complaints that may arise during client’s stay in Turkey
should be provided to REGNA TRAVEL Head Office in
Antalya in written form on the same day the complaint arises.
REGNA TRAVEL shall fill in the official complaint report
describing the problem and the solution of the matter. The
finalized official complaint report shall be signed during the
client’s stay in Turkey by the client and by Regna Travel
authorized representative, and will be forwarded to the
AGENCY. The AGENCY shall have the right to demand the
review of the complaint within 30 days since the complaint
had been submitted by the client to Regna Travel office in
Antalya.
2.2.4. To inform Regna Travel on time about changes in
reservations or cancellations.
2.2.5. To immediately inform Regna Travel about any changes
in flight details (date, number, time, etc.)
2.2.6. To carry out all requests, changes or cancellations of
Regna Travel handling services, indicated in Paragraph 2.1.2.
in written form.
2.1.8. REGNA TRAVEL оставляет за собой право
пересмотреть и изменить ранее выставленный счет, в случае
неверно предоставленной информации о дате рождения
ребенка при бронировании АГЕНТСТВОМ. Об изменении
счета «REGNA TRAVEL» немедленно информирует
АГЕНТСТВО.
2.1.9. Информирует АГЕНТСТВО в случае пролонгации
клиентом срока пребывания на территории Турции. Оплата за
пролонгацию отдыха должна быть произведена в офисе Regna
-травел или другим способом ,в зависимости от
договоренности сторон.
2.2. АГЕНТСТВО
2.2.1. Информирует клиентов об услугах REGNA TRAVEL
согласно п.2.1.2. данного соглашения.
2.2.2. Сообщает следующие данные в листе бронирования:
фамилию и имя клиента в соответствие с загран паспортом,
точную дату рождения каждого клиента (в том числе детей),
название отеля и тип размещения, дату начала и завершения
тура, точные полетные данные. АГЕНТСТВО предоставляет
лист бронирования не позднее, чем за два дня до прибытия
клиентов. АГЕНТСТВО полностью отвечает за
предоставленную информацию
2.2.3. Информирует клиентов о порядке предъявления
претензий, согласно которому все претензии к REGNA
TRAVEL должны быть оформлены в стране пребывания и в
день возникновения в письменной форме и предъявлены в
офис REGNA TRAVEL в Анталии. REGNA TRAVEL
предоставляет АГЕНТСТВУ заполненную форму о ходе и
решении данных проблем, подписанную клиентом и
уполномоченным представителем REGNA TRAVEL во время
пребывания клиентов в Турции. АГЕНТСТВО имеет право
требовать рассмотрения претензий в течении 30 дней со дня
предъявления последних клиентом в офисе REGNA
TRAVEL.
2.2.4. Немедленно информирует REGNA TRAVEL о какихлибо изменениях в бронировании (имена, даты, тип
размещения), а также об аннуляции бронирования.
2.2.5. Вовремя информирует REGNA TRAVEL об
изменениях, связанных с авиаперелетом (дата, время прилета,
номер рейса).
2.2.6. Производит бронирование, а также изменения в
бронировании и аннуляцию только в письменной форме с
привлечением E-mail или факса. (Адреса E-mail указаны в
приложении №2 к данному соглашению)
2.2.7. АГЕНТСТВО имеет право просить о пересмотрении

4. Force-majeur

5. Cancellations of reservations
5.1. In case of a cancellation of booking, the following penal
sanctions are applied to AGENCY.
5.1.1. According to conditions of cancellation for each hotel,
specified in the Supplement 1 to the present Agreement.
5.1.2. In case of cancellation by the AGENCY less than 3 days
prior to arrival full cost of accommodation shall be charged,
on the arrival day full cost of accommodation and transfer

5.1.3. In case of repeated cancellation by the AGENCY,
REGNA TRAVEL has the right to cancel the given
Agreement without the prior notification of the AGENCY.
5. Аннулирование бронирования
5.1. В случае аннуляции бронирования к АГЕНТСТВУбудут
применены штрафные санкции, согласно условиям каждого
отеля отдельно:

клиентов, взимается полная стоимость проживания и

без предварительного информирования АГЕНТСТВА.
6. The procedure of payments
6.1. The payments under the present Agreement shall be made
by money transfer to the settlement account of REGNA
TRAVEL according to full cost of services reserved by the
AGENCY.
6. Порядок оплаты
6.1. Оплата по данному соглашению производится путем
перечисления денежных средств АГЕНТСТВОМ на
расчетный счет Regna Travel, которые составляют полную
стоимость забронированных АГЕНТСТВОМ туров (услуг) в
соответствии с выставленными счетами.
6.2. Payment should be transferred by AGENCY not less than
5 bank days prior to the check-in date.
6.3. The date of receiving the money resources on account of
Regna Travel is considered the date of payment.
6.4. In case of infringement by the AGENCY the term of
payment for more than 2 (two) bank days, as well as in case of
incomplete payment of the reserved services, REGNA
TRAVEL reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
6.5. In case of non- receiving the money resources making full
cost of the reserved services till the tourists’ check-out date
from a hotel, Regna Travel reserve the right to demand the full
payment of the services directly from the tourists- the clients
of the AGENCY.
6.6. The AGENCY undertakes to transfer the deposit in US
dollars in amount of ________________to the bank account
of Regna Travel 15 days before the first guests arrival of the
AGENCY to Turkey.
6.7. Regna Travel shall have the right to demand the
increasing of deposit amount during the season, depending on
the volume of co-operation.
6.8. In case the advance payment made by the AGENCY
exceeds the sum of payments for the reserved services, the rest
shall be automatically returned to the AGENCY at the end of a
season after confirmation of the reservation balance.
7. Duration of the Agreement
7.1. the present Agreement shall be valid during ___________
period and can be extended upon mutual approval, specified in
written form by both parties.
7.2. both parties shall try to settle any dispute that may arise in
the cause of the implementation of the present Agreement by
way of friendly discussion. If the parties fail to reach consent,
the case will be reviewed in accordance with the current
legislation of the Republic of Turkey.
7.3. Any amendments or supplements to the present
Agreement shall be signed by both parties and shall become
the integral part of the present Agreement.
7.4. The present Agreement is compiled in 2 copies enjoying
an equal legal force, and shall be valid after signing by both
parties.
6.2. Оплата должна быть перечислена АГЕНТСТВОМ не
менее чем за 5 дней до начала тура.
6.3. Датой оплаты считается дата зачисления денежных
средств на расчетный счет Regna Travel.
6.4. В случае нарушения АГЕНТСТВОМ срока оплаты
больше, чем на 2 банковских дня, а также в случае неполной
оплаты забронированного тура (услуг), Regna Travel имеет
право аннулировать данный тур.
6.5. В случае непоступления окончательной оплаты до
отъезда клиентов из отеля, Regna Travel имеет право
требовать оплату непосредственно от самих туристовклиентов АГЕНТСТВА.
6.6. АГЕНТСТВО обязуется перевести оплату услуг не менее
чем за 5 дней до прибытия клиентов АГЕНТСТВА в
Турцию.
6.7. Regna Travel имеет право увеличить сумму предоплаты
или требовать оплату туров забронированных АГЕНТСТВОМ
ранее, чем за 5 банковских дней во время сезона и в
зависимости от объема резерваций данного АГЕНТСТВА.
6.8. В случае если депозит, произведенный АГЕНТСТВОМ,
превысит сумму оплат за бронирование, остаток
автоматически будет возвращен АГЕНТСТВУ в конце сезона,
при взаиморасчетах.
7. СРОК ДЕЙСТВИЯ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ
7.1. Данное соглашение действует в период 01.02.2013года до
01.02.2014 года и может быть пролонгировано при
письменном соглашении сторон.
7.2. Все разногласия, возникающие в сроки действия данного
соглашения, рассматриваются сторонами в течение
переговоров. В случае непримиримых разногласий, дело
подлежит рассмотрению в соответствии с законодательством
Турецкой республики.
7.3. Все изменения и дополнения к данному соглашению,
подписанные уполномоченными лицами, являются
неотъемлемой частью данного соглашения.
7.4. Данное соглашение подписано в 2-х экземплярах и имеет
одинаковую юридическую силу
